Individual Reservations

• For questions about room-rates for individual reservations please check our best rates online by clicking here or by calling our reservations department at 1-855-652-8666, for international countries not listed above at +1-305-534-8666. Due to constantly changing inventory and rates, we are not able to quote rates or make reservations through email.
• It is not necessary to re-confirm your reservation at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside. If you booked your reservation online or through one of our Reservations Agents, a confirmation number is being emailed to you (please check your Spam folders). If you made your reservation through a “Third Party” (tour company, travel agent or online web booking service), please contact the source directly. For any other reservation-related questions, use the Inquiry form opposite and select "Reservations" from the Inquiry Type option.

Group Bookings

• For group reservations of 10 rooms or more per night please use our Inquiry Form opposite and select "Sales" from the Type of Inquiry.

Hotel Bills & Accounts

• If you are requesting a copy of your hotel bill or have any other accounting-related questions, please contact our Accounting Department using the Inquiry form opposite.

Lost & Found

• In case you left any of your belongings behind, please contact our Housekeeping Department using the opposite Inquiry form or call the hotel operator. We will make every effort to reunite you with your lost items (charges for shipping may apply)

Special Requests / Room Assignments

• Our Concierge Department will gladly assist in making arrangements for special services such as amenity orders, restaurant reservations, transfers etc. Please select “Concierge” as the Inquiry Type on the Inquiry form. Our Front Desk team is able to respond to questions about room assignments. Please call the hotel operator or select Front Desk as Inquiry Type.
