Our Affordable Luxury hotel comprises two buildings, each with its own distinct personality
The Oceanfront Hotel overlooks 200 feet of white, sandy beach and the turquoise waters of the Atlantic. Guests are greeted by sweeping views of the ocean and Palm Garden when stepping into the panoramic lobby of the hotel. Our Standard suites - starting at more than 400 square feet (about 40 square meters) - are among the largest in Miami Beach and the hotel also offers 2-Bedroom Suites with a variety of bedding options.
Families will especially enjoy the two separate sleeping areas, one of which can transform into a sitting room with couch as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs in most suites. Every room also has access to a balcony to allow visitors to take advantage of Miami’s near perfect sub-tropical climate.
The Oceanfront Hotel is home to our French-inspired casual dining restaurant located only steps from the beach and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Sky Bar on the 12th floor provides a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay and Miami, while our Palm Garden by the Ocean and the ground floor pool deck provide a seamless transition from the hotel to the beach.
Wireless internet access throughout the hotel, concierge services, a large Fitness Center with Ocean and City Views and a Wellness Center (boutique-spa), which is scheduled to open in Spring 2014, complete our amenities. Hotel guests are able to use the pool, water-slide and kids-pool at the nearby Surfside Community Center.
The Annex (scheduled to open in Summer 2014) is located on the west-side of Collins Avenue across the street from the beach - within easy walking distance to the Surfside Business District. Our second hotel is the perfect choice for guests seeking exceptional value for a hotel in Surfside and Bal Harbour. The Annex offers a pool and sun-deck on the roof of the hotel and visitors are invited to use the restaurant, spa and beach services at the Oceanfront Hotel or use the pool amenities at the nearby Surfside Community Center
